The Adams & Adams Process
1: Initial Site Visit
This meeting is to identify your needs, ideas and vision for your renovation or preservation project.
2: Planning
You will sign a Processional Service Agreement to secure Adams and Adams Construction as your Builder.
3: Design Development
Once desired investment is established, Adams and Adams will work with your chosen design professional to create blueprints to your specifications while preserving our built heritage. After blueprints are in hand our team and associated trade contractors will meet on site for a Pre-Construction meeting to evaluate all aspects of the renovation or preservation work to be completed. Proper planning up front reduces surprises during the construction phase of your project.
4: Let’s Do This!
Now it is time to start construction. You will be sent an investment sheet every two weeks to keep you updated on your project. Gus will be on site every day to monitor progress and keep the lines of communication open. You may even see him with his tool belt on.
Celebrate
The project is complete and it is time to show off your new space.
